I'm Ready

The Nitty Gritty: This campaign applies to all new projects contracted between April 1 and May 31, 2026, and work performed through December 15, 2026, up to a maximum donation of $500,000 USD. During the campaign period, Foose Consulting, Inc. (DBA DocDocFoose) intends to donate a substantial portion of income received from client engagements to charitable causes aligned with our social impact areas of food access, gender equity, health, and education.

Donation amounts are specific to each engagement and are calculated based on funds actually received by DocDocFoose, after standard transaction-related costs and payment of any third-party consulting support and direct, client-requested expenses (such as data, research, or required travel). No personal compensation is deducted by Dr. Foose; the portion retained reflects required tax obligations only. In practice, this results in approximately 70% of income received from each engagement being donated. The intent of this structure is that Dr. Foose does not personally benefit from these engagements, with the goal of donating 100% of her personal income from the engagements after taxes on that income are paid.

Charitable recipient organizations are selected by DocDocFoose from among U.S.-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations aligned with the impact areas noted above. Specific charities and anticipated donation amounts will be documented in client services agreements for any client wishing to participate in Break Beyond.

All charitable donations will be made within 30 days of client payment receipt. Recipient organizations and contribution amounts may be publicly disclosed after donations are made.
